Compensation for remainder of 2021 Fiscal Year

For April, May, and June

Monthly Base Pay – $1000

For July 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021

Monthly Base Pay – $1500

Commission

  • 15% Commission for all new sponsors generated between April 2021 and December 2021.
  • 10% Commission for all returning sponsors generated between April 2021 and December 2021.
  • 5% Commission for all in-kind donations generated between April 2021 and December 2021.
  • For all new sponsors, returning sponsors and in-kind donations these must be sourced by the plan participant and not another Board member.
  • For all in-kind donations, a commitment form with market value to determine value.
  • Excluded from the commission process are grants and discretionary fund requests.
  • Incentives will be paid out monthly after sponsorship or in-kind service has been received.
  • The incentive plan eligibility will be determined by Board Chair and Treasurer.
  • If the participant is terminated or resigns the incentive plan will not be paid out.
  • The incentive plan can be modified or discontinued without prior notice at any time.
  • Funds received by the organization will only be subject to this incentive compensation structure if the Executive Director participated in securing the funding commitment.
